Selection of frame design

You can choose a frame design from our catalog,and you can also confirm it with a sample.

Selection of material

Lead time：1week

You can choose the resin material for the frame.We have environmentally friendly resins and high-performance plastics .

Confirmation of final specifications

Color specifications, eyeglasses case, and cleaning cloths are finalized during the mold production process.

Confirmation of product image

Lead time：2〜３weeks

You check a 3DCG model or physical sample based on the determined specifications. After this process, modifications or changed can’t be made.

Mass production

Lead time：2 and a half months

We start production by injection molding.Then, we perform surface treatment such as painting and printing.

Finishing・Inspection

Lead time：1〜２weeks

We assemble the finished components and perform shape adjustments.Quality inspections before shipment are done one by one carefully by human eyes.

Shipment

After quality inspection, we pack the products and proceed with shipping.
